Tom Kha Kai
Ingredients:

1 can Coconut milk
200 g. Chicken breast, sliced
100 g. Oyster mushroom
4 Fresh kaffir lime leaves
1 Young galanga, sliced
2-3 can Lemon grass
1 bunch Cilantro
1 Tomato, sliced
1 Onion, sliced
2 Red chilli, sliced
1 tbs. Fish sauce
1 tbs. Lime juice
1 pinch Salt
1 pinch Sugar

Preparation:

  • Heat the coconut milk till it boils. Then add the chicken, salt, galanga, lemon grass and kaffir lime leaves.
  • Wait till it boils again, then add onions, mushrooms and tomatoes.
  • Wait till it boils then turn off the heat and then season.
  • Serve garnish with red chilli and cilantro.
